The Vaccine Assessment Grid (“Grid”) is the document detailing the dosage-based assessment amounts for vaccines administered by providers and covered by the state’s Childhood Vaccine Program. The current Grid is in effect between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
Please update your fee schedules for dates of service effective July 1, 2025.
*** May 1, 2026 – The 2026-27 Grid will be in effect between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027 has been approved by the WVA Board and WVA Operations Committee.
NOTE: ALL COVID-19 and one Influenza Grid amounts are increasing effective July 1, 2026. There is one NDC change for RSV ABRYSVO.
